What Lists Are Good For:


  1. To organize my thoughts.
  2. To feel accomplished when I cross off an item.
  3. So I don’t forget anything.
  4. So I can walk around in a cloud of guilt for all the things I’m NOT going to get done today.
  5. So I can contemplate crawling into a hole for the rest of my life because I will never ever get to everything on the freakin’ list.
  6. I hate lists. See above.

Guilt, guilt, and more guilt. That’s what lists are good for. And yet I couldn’t live without them.
